Employee Care (2023)

  • NT$7.6 million in physical exam allowances for employees in the Group

  • NT$19.075 million in child birth subsidies for employees in the Group
  • The percentage of female managers/employees reached 56.42%
  • 92.31% of employees on maternal/parental leave in the Group returned to work
  • The average salary increase in TCB in the past three years was 3.99%. Starting from January 2024, the total salary increase after year-end assessment and promotion reached 6.65%.
  • 50% of interns in the industry-academia cooperation program returned to work full-time at TCB
  • 3 “TCB Health Lectures” were held, with 32,801 hours


Environmental Sustainability (2023)

  • TCB promotes energy conservation and carbon reduction projects such as “TCB energy conservation and carbon reduction”, “Replace office equipment and refrigerators”, and “Replace and reduce the number of lightings”, saved approximately 2,257,232 kWh of electricity and reduced approximately 1,117 tCO2e of carbon emissions
  • Set up solar photovoltaic power generator facilities in 10 locations, with a total of 195,028 kWh of electricity generated, reducing approximately 96.54 tCO2e
  • TCB has purchased 24.4667 million kWh of renewable energy, with 1.547 million kWh supplied as green electricity, and have obtained 925 certificates of renewable energy
  • Replace fuel-powered scooters with electric scooters and lease 103 company cars with green marks or energy labels
  • Conducted 45 sessions of sustainable-related education and training, reaching 5,916 participants, and distributed 50 episodes “ESG Classroom”
  • Support the Environmental Protection Administration, Executive Yuan in promoting 31 measures of green office
  • Attracting 47,764 participants to take part in the Group’s Vegetable Day, who together had reduced carbon emission by 3.63 tCO2e

Social Inclusion (2023)

  • Donated more than 14.5 million to 77 charity organizations
  • Held close to 241 courses through Respite Academy with TAFC, providing 23,493 cups of Respite Coffee, and more than NT$23.93 million in donations
  • Organized 31 Seed Staff of Long-Term Care seminars, and helped 630 employees acquire “Certification Test for Eldercare Financial Planning Consultant and 81 employees acquire “Certification Test for Family Trust Planning Consultant”
  • Hosted 4 “TCFHC Classrooms”, which were attended by a total of 1,965 people, to deliver knowledge on LOHAS lifestyle and long term care
  • Supported social empowerment and award academic research through more 45 million in donations
  • Donated a total of NT$401,200 to Teach For Taiwan, Little Tree, and Eden Social Welfare Foundation
  • Spent more than NT$4 million on buying local innovations and products
