Each year, over NT$ 100 million is invested in sports team trainings, promotion, and sponsoring school sports events. TCFHC received the "Sports Enterprise Certification" Symbol from the Ministry of Sports for the 4th time and the Sports Activist Awards for the 17th time in 2025.

Outstanding performance is rewarded with an offer to become a full-time player on the team, and they can continue working at TCB after retiring from the team.

i-Health for the Old and Young
TCS continuously donates to the Mennonite Social Welfare Foundation and actively supports care services for elderly people and people with disabilities in Hualien and Taitung. Given the relatively insufficient medical resources in Hualien and Taitung, TCS has donated to the South-Link Medical Foundation to improve medic services for economically disadvantaged people in rural areas and increase emergency financial aid grants. TCS has also built circuit healthcare stations and care centers for the elderly in respective villages along the south link to provide health education and free physiological monitoring, in hopes of contributing to urban-rural equality in medical care and ensuring that residents in rural areas have access to sound medicine and care. In addition, TCS has participated for five consecutive years in the "Cherish Our Kids" charity fair held by the Chiayi Fund for Children and Families at National Chiayi University by donating one charity stall to sell "food and dried goods" provided by the Fund, and sponsored emergency relief, child support, and child protection funds to communicate ideas about child protection and safeguarding children's health.

Blood Drives
To address blood shortage, in 2025, TCB and CoAMC held one charity blood donation event at the head office building and around the 228 Park, respectively, collecting a total of 192 bags of blood. Colleagues were called upon to roll up their sleeves and donate blood.
